Getting started on Android and iOS
We designed our Card Games installation to work across devices. If you use Android, you can download our app directly — we walk you through each tap, and your account syncs automatically once you log in. iOS users access the full platform through Safari or your preferred browser; we've optimized the interface to feel native, and you don't need a separate app download.
On either device, your login credentials are secured through our KYC verification system. When you first deposit, we confirm your identity and payment method to keep your account safe. That process takes minutes, and once it's complete, your future deposits and withdrawals move faster because we've already verified your details.

How we structure live-dealer tables
Our Card Games menu includes blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger tables. Each table streams from our live studio with multiple camera angles, so you see every card and spin in real time. The dealer communicates through our chat, and you place actions through simple tap interfaces designed for mobile play.
We update our table roster throughout the day, and we send push notifications when specific tables open — popular blackjack tables during early morning, high-limit roulette in the evenings. You control which notifications you receive in your mobile settings, so you only hear about tables that interest you.

Mobile payments and withdrawal flow
We process deposits through nine payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, or online payment. Each method connects to our secure payment gateway, and we confirm your deposit within seconds on your mobile screen.
Withdrawals follow a similar path. You request a payout through your mobile account, and we review it to confirm the withdrawal matches our records. For most withdrawal requests submitted during business hours, we process funds back to your original payment method within one business day. If you use e-wallet or another regional bank, the timeline stays consistent because we maintain direct banking relationships across Indonesia's major institutions.
We keep your payment information encrypted, and we never store full card numbers or banking credentials on your device. Each transaction is logged in your account history, which you can review anytime from your phone. Push notifications confirm every deposit and withdrawal, so you always know when funds move.



Data usage and offline readiness
Card Games on mobile uses minimal bandwidth because we optimize video streams for 4G and home WiFi. Our interface caches your account balance, game history, and table roster, so if your connection dips local paymentefly, you can still view your data. Once reconnected, we sync your account instantly — no manual refresh needed.
We compress live streams without reducing visual clarity, so a one-hour play session uses roughly 150–200 MB of data on average. That means you can play a full evening on a standard mobile plan without concern. We also pause auto-streaming if you switch away from the app, preserving battery and bandwidth until you return.
Account security and KYC verification
When you first join liganation, we collect basic identity information to comply with local regulations. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC), and it protects both you and our platform. We verify your phone number, email, and official identification, then securely store that data encrypted on our servers.
Your password is never transmitted in plain text, and we require two-factor authentication (2FA) through your phone number or email to log in from new devices. If you forget your password, our mobile support team can walk you through a reset in under five minutes. Once your account is verified, you don't need to re-verify for future deposits or withdrawals — we keep your KYC status active until you request changes.
We never share your personal or payment data with third parties outside our Card Games platform. Our support team accesses your account only to resolve disputes or security concerns, and all access is logged and monitored internally.
Support and dispute resolution on mobile
Our English-language support team is available to help resolve questions about deposits, withdrawals, table rules, or account issues. You can reach us through the Help menu in your mobile account, and most responses arrive within a few hours during business days. For urgent issues — like a deposit that didn't appear in your account — we prioritize your request and investigate immediately.
If you notice a transaction discrepancy, your account history shows every deposit and withdrawal with timestamps and payment method. We use that data to investigate quickly. If we confirm an error, we correct your balance the same day. If a disputed withdrawal was initiated, we can halt it if it hasn't processed yet, or reverse it if it has — depending on your bank's timeline.
